Pontus Lindberg
Attorney-at-Law, LL.M.
Attorney-at-Law, LL.M. with court training, Bachelor of Science (Economics and Business Administration) Pontus Lindberg has worked as an attorney in Turku since 1986.He is a founding partner of Pontus Lindberg & Co Attorneys at Law Ltd.
Attorney Lindberg graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Turku in 1982 and from Åbo Akademi University School of Economics in 1977. He was granted the title of LL.M. with court training in 1984 and was approved as a member of the Finnish Bar Association in 1988. Attorney Lindberg completed his court training in the District Court of Parainen and worked as a senior secretary of the Court of Appeal of Turku before starting as an attorney-at-law. He has studied maritime law at the University of Oslo.
Mr Lindberg’s fields of special expertise include business law, contractual law, and assignments with links to business law or business economics, such as company acquisitions and reorganisation, as well as family and inheritance law matters. Mr Lindberg has many decades of experience in managing the legal affairs of both business clients and private individuals. Mr Lindberg provides services in English, Finnish and Swedish.
Oskar Lindberg
Attorney-at-Law, LL.M., MSc (Econ)
Oskar Lindberg is a partner of Lindberg & Co, Attorneys at Law. Mr. Lindberg holds a Master of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Turku and a Master of Science (Economics and Business Administration) from the Åbo Akademi University School of Business and Economics. Mr. Lindberg accomplished his court training at the District Court of Ostrobothnia.
Mr. Lindberg has previous experience in the banking and insurance sectors. He has also studied International Financial Law at the London School of Economics and accounting at Umeå University in Sweden.
He provides legal services in English, Finnish, and Swedish.
Jens Gräsbeck
Licensed Trial Counsel, LL.M.
Jens Gräsbeck has graduated as Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law of the University of Turku. Mr. Gräsbeck has previous legal work experience from i.a. the real estate investment sector.
Mr. Gräsbeck provides services in English, Finnish and Swedish.
Matilda Rosling
Legal Secretary
Matilda Rosling is a law student at Åbo Akademi University. She serves as a legal secretary and assistant at Lindberg & Co, Attorneys at Law, where she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s administrative operations. Ms. Rosling provides services in English, Finnish, and Swedish.
